How Can I Get Access to a News Server?
Many ISPs, or Internet Service Providers, provide news server access as part of their basic services. You should contact your ISP and ask them if this service is included as part of the package you are purchasing from them.

If your ISP does not provide news server access, then you can purchase access from a commercial news service provider. For a list of such providers, see the following link:
http://dmoz.org/Computers/Usenet/Feed_Services/

The University of Berlin provides free access to their news servers, for registered users. For information about their services, see:
http://news.cis.dfn.de/

Alternatively, you may try accessing k12.ed.math via a web interface, such as that provided by Google Groups at http://groups.google.com .
