Programmer's File Editor. This is a freeware text editor for Windows 32 bit systems. This is a self-extracting zip file. Download it by right clicking on the link and choose the "Save As" Option to save the file to your hard drive. Then, when you double click on the file it will automatically unzip the file to
C:\AP Comp Sci\pfe\
(You will have the option to select another directory, if you prefer.)
