On Thurs. 2/8/01 we had a brief meeting to
get started on the AB material. In summary, here is what we
said:
"Read and work through Chapter 11 this next week. Do
all the self-test exercises in the textbook for Chapter 11,
and make sure you understand them (ask if you have any questions).
Do the program on p. 700 #1 by next week, if at all possible.
- Update: Sat. 2/10/01. Upon looking over Chapter 11 more closely,
I realize that you will encounter some topics that we have not
yet gone over. It will probably be helpful to you to read about
Structures and Classes first (we will be covering these topics
in the next week or two with the rest of the class, but perhaps
you should not wait for that). See Chapter 6.
- Update: Sat 2/10/01: Here are some links to materials about
pointers and linked lists. These are from the ITC curriculum.
