Text Editors: For our programming in the Karel++ book, we have been using the text editor NotePad in class. This is a very simple, no frills editor that comes with the Windows operating system. The corresponding utility for the Mac is SimpleText.

Would be nice to have some additional features, wouldn't it? Like line numbers, Find and Replace and so forth. Well, check these utilities out. I haven't tried any of them myself, so I can't make personal recommendations. But try them out and see what you think.
